Bought a ready-cooked roast chicken a couple of weeks ago, chilled leftovers in fridge overnight; next day cooked chicken curry with leftovers then froze that. Having now defrosted it, am wondering if the chicken is ok to eat reheated again. Any advice please?

Yes, not a problem. Always heat through properly though i.e. get it bubbling properly then a slower simmer for at least 20 mins.

no, you should only reheat once. THe cooked chicken was reheated in the curry, and you now intend to reheat it again, so no I wouldnt.

I've had food poisoning from chicken being reheated too many times. I dropped down to 6.8 stone and my hair started falling out I was so ill.
DO NOT EAT IT!

Thanks - it went in the bin! Smile

Is that definitely right? Was just thinking I know so many people for example who cook turkey curry with the leftovers after Xmas and then freeze it, ourselves included. I never thought of it as health risk and have never had problems with it bit maybe should change?
