Fridge or cupboard?

I always store ketchup, HP, salad cream, mustards and mayo (Helmans) in the fridge, but I'm tight on space and wonder whether I really need to.

Could I keep them in the cupboard? We go through ketchup and mayo pretty quick, but the others can last for months.

Salad cream and mayo on the fridge. Ketchup, go and anything else in the cupboard.

I have absolutely no idea why, maybe something to do with the egg in Mayo?

In this heat, definitely mayo in fridge, It got left out - in the shade - after supper, and has gone a bit greasy/slimy.
