Pastry Cutters

This may seem like an absurd question - but what are the best pastry cutters to buy? Stainless or plastic? Any particular brand?

I have far too many both and all are good. Both cheap and expensive, the thing I look for is to make sure that the plastic one's don't have to thick sides to them as I find they don't always cut as well when making biscuits.

Mine are from lakeland, craft company, Amazon, Asda and poundland.
