Vegetable Stir fry, teriyaki beef salmon or chicken with noodles,

Eggs- Tortilla( with leftover potatoes from above), frittata , omelette, on top of potato hash, in a full English, scrambled with mushrooms or asparagus etc
Soup- pea and ham done in slow cooker is lovely ( some find it weird but a poached egg dropped in a bowl of pea and ham soup is lovely)
Dhal ( just leave out the toms) with flatbreads
