Frozen vegetables in smoothies?

I know frozen fruit works well, and that you can buy packs of frozen fruit from the supermarket specifically for smoothies, but can you use supermarket frozen vegetables in the same way? It says on the packs not to eat them before cooking (not that that's ever stopped me nibbling frozen green beans!) - would it be wrong to smoothie them? Had anyone tried it?

I've just ordered a breville blend active as it's getting a bit warm for porridge for breakfast so I thought instead of having porridge with frozen fruit, seeds and oat milk I could alter the proportions and turn it into a smoothie instead! Thinking of more adventurous ideas possibly too though.

I was thinking frozen spinach and frozen peppers, in particular.

FRozen spinach works well. Not tried other veg.

As above, I've only tried spinach, but use it daily now. I don't really like other veg in my smoothie, having tried them fresh.
