Cheese and onion tayto crisps, pre-squished in the bag, between 2 slices of buttered bread, press down and enjoy! How do you make yours? :)

(Gluten free) white bread, parma ham, ready salted crisps. Make sandwich then rub top with olive oil, squishing crisps in process. Flip into a hot pan and toast til crispy & golden. In the meantime rub the other side with olive, flip and repeat crisping. A bread with lots of maize flour works best.

home made egg salad on sliced batch bread with cheese and onion crisps.

Or tuna/cucumber/apple salad on a white roll with cheese and onion crisps (think I had that for lunch 3 times a week in my 20s - how did I stay so skinny????)

Tuna mayo and S&V crisps (not pre-crushed) on plastic bread (but doesn't really matter what kind).

Per-lease. White bread (of course) lots of butter (obviously) wotsits and extra cheddar, arranged neatly, squashed and then pushed into mouth as quickly as possible.

Bap. Children cream cheese (eg primula or laughing cow). Pickled onion monster munch.

I also have a wholemeal sandwich with plain kettle chips, lurpak and a good mild blue cheese with a glass on wine. The way I see it a cheese board, a bowl of kettle chips and some nice bread are clearly wine friendly nibbles so it's perfectly fine.Wine
