Pork medallions.. What to serve with?

I am completely lacking inspiration, heading to shops in 15 mins please help

Green beans, mustard mash and lashings of thick gravy

lightly spiced cous cous jersey spuds mange tout/purple sprouting broccoli

Buttery champ.

Perhaps with a few comma's on the side!

Creamy mushroom sauce, mash and asparagus.

Any and all of the above. I'd fry with garlic and lemon juice and serve with something green (beans, cabbage, broccoli...) and new potatos.
