Substitute for turmeric in Delia's curry needed!

I'm about to cook Delia's leftover chicken curry recipe which calls for tsp ginger, tsp curry powder and tsp turmeric. Just discovered I've run out of turmeric - can anyone suggest what to use instead?

just leave it out - not sure how much flavour it'd add anyway

Add more curry powder, it has turmeric in it.

The curry powder will have turmeric in it. Leave out the turmeric there's no substitute for it.

Agree to just add a bit more curry powder. There is nothing that you can really substitute for turmeric. It's quite distinctive.
