I made a boo boo.
I spent ages last night making a beef salad thing for lunches this week, but I accidently added way way WAY too much of a morrocan spice packet and it's quite..grainy, spicy (I don't really like particularly spicy food) and just generally too strong flavoured.
I've already added loads of extra veg; it's got mushrooms, spinach, onion, butternut squash, asparagus, lentils and potato in it, but I kind of need to mellow it down a bit more? there must be another 6/7 portions so I really really don't want to bin it and waste it all? But I only managed to choke down half for lunch today and I never leave good haha.
