BBQ Classics please!

We are hosting a BBQ for about 20 ( adults and kids) . Would love to hear about your BBQ classics.

My plan is:

Crudites
Hummus
Pitta crisps
Moutabal

Burgers
Sausages
Chicken kebabs
( all M&S as time poor)

I will make the following :
Pesto pasta salad
Chickpea and feta salad
Tomato salad

Corn on the cob

Pavlova / roulade
lemon tart or cheesecake
mixed berries

Fill flat mushrooms with garlic and herb butter, then barbecue. Delish

What a useful thread to start!

I butterflied a leg of lamb (ie wrestled with it to get the bone out then bashed it in revenge) and marinated it for 24 hours in Moroccan spices and made an easy couscous recipe from BBC Good Food. Was very popular.

I also throw on potatoes wrapped in foil with a bit of olive oil and salt.
