I would appreciate any ideas for this (slightly boring) thread.

I'm cooking the much praised on mumsnet lm mozzarella burgers tonight. How should I serve them? In buns? With lettuce? Condiments? Which ones?

Ooh I think I might have this for dinner tonight! I LOVE sweet chilli sauce but never thought of this. Might fire up the barbecue and do some stuffed peppers too.
