but don't have any walnuts, just pecans. Anyone got a recipe ???

Gah, just started ,then killed my own thread....hopeless....

I know you're in bed now, but just in case you check in the morning:

I just do a normal cake mix and add 2 mashed bananas.

100g (4oz) butter

100g (4oz) Sugar

100g (4oz) SR Flour

2 eggs

2 bananas, mashed (I prefer to whizz them in the blender for a minute)

Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs then flour & banans at end. Cook in a loaf tin for a while (30 mins, maybe more) @ 180/ gas 4

I sometimes throw in a handful of nuts.
