Fresh cod fillets

They look divine . Very unsure how to cook them . Ideas welcome .

Sounds lovely! I put mine on a square of tin foil, placed on top of chopped fennel, with beans/mini corn on top. Drizzle with oil and squeeze of lemon. Then wrap it up in a lose parcel and allow to steam in the oven. Yum.
