That's it. I'm having friends over for a very last minute brunch, and have never done this before.

Anyone who can help would be much appreciated Smile

are you able to go shopping at all tonight or is it just what you have in the house?

If shopping , how much to spend and what shop.

If cupboard only, what do you have?

Ok, dh may have time to pop out earlier. Local shops open will be Tesco or Asda. Our budget will probably be £8 -£10 max.

We have in eggs, bacon, chopped & plum tomatoes, fresh apples, oranges & kiwi. Frozen apple slices, a few frozen berries. A few boxes of cereals. Sliced bread, English muffins. That's it really (that breakfast springs to mind with) Confused

Scrambled eggs on toast with grated cheese on top? Add bacon for those who want it? Fruit salad and yoghurt?

StGodolphin · 23/05/2015 20:45

PuD I mean!

ScienceRocks · 24/05/2015 09:55

Do you have frozen or tinned sweetcorn? Sweetcorn pancakes with bacon and tomatoes are fab.

Send DH for some nice oj and serve muffins with poached egg and bacon, and make a fruit salad from the apples, oranges, kiwi and frozen berries. Either that or get some yoghurt and make the fruit into smoothies.
