Making jelly in a mould

Hello, I want to make a lovely fruity jelly, using Hartleys Jelly cubes and bits of fruit. However, past experiences have proved that there's not enough gelatine in the packet jelly to set it sufficiently to prevent it from 'slouching' when removed from the mould.

How much extra gelatine should I add? Would it be best to make my own jelly from scratch?

I just use a bit less water, 10% works for me but it would depend how upright your mould is.

Use a bit less water as Rogan has suggested. Adding gelatine could make the flavour a bit yuck, bearing in mind that pineapple and alcohol both make jelly more difficult to set.
