Cold main course for a posh picnic

Dh and I are going to a posh picnic soon (diner en Blanc), it's like a flash mob picnic and we have to take 3 courses of food. I'll do tapas for starter ..... What can I take for main course? Something that travels well and has to be eaten with a knife and fork from a plate..... Any ideas that aren't cold salmon and salad?

Thanks all. I'm not a fan of oysters so will do sushi / sashimi to start. Plenty of champagne and wine, don't worry! Will have to come up with dessert, maybe something in a mason jar with matcha or black sesame.....

Surely give yourself a break on the dessert? A mango passion fruit cheese cake? Or a fancy cheese board?
Cheese n biscuits always good, if they're quality. Oatcakes, I should say Smile.

It's dead easy, just crushed digestives with black sesame seeds and melted butter in the bottom of a jar, whip cream cheese, double cream, icing sugar and matcha powder to taste, pile on top, seal, chill!

It will work with Quorn I've used it, ok it's simple but. I never measure this one so I'll have to give guestimates.
Ok mix up a couple spoons of Dijon with juice of 2 lemons and some crushed garlic and salt. Spread that over defrosted Quorn fillets and bake in oven. Very Thinly slice cabbage, carrots and any crunchy veg you fancy that gets tossed in a white wine vinegar, lemon, olive oil and bit of mustard dressing.
For the peanut dressing ooo this is tricky to remember I just taste so you might have to guess a bit. Get out a jar put two tbs of peanut butter, one tbs of honey, two Tbs soya sauce and then some warm water about 5 tbs. lid on jar and shake like crazy taste and add in more of whatever is needed might be water. Slice the chicken/ Quorn
On top the veg pour on sauce sprinkle nuts. Toast some nuts anything you fancy and assemble before you eat. Is that as clear as mud. You can add noodles to the veg if you want to bulk it up but it doesn't really need it.
It is very yummy and pretty if you use lots of colourful veg, and apart from the peanut butter very low fat.
Ok wow that was tough I had a tad to much wine last night.

Lots of ottolengi's "salad" recipes would fit the bill

Cold roast duck breast with orange garnish with asparagus and new potatoes, or to keep the Asian theme, char-sui pork with rice noodles?

Blahblar, thank you - definitely going to try that!

Cold Meat Pie, something like a Game Pie (although general game not in season now, you can get venison) but a pork pie with hardboiled eggs, a variation on Paul Holywood's Boxing Day Pie? Hot Water Crust pastry is dead easy, really, and you can use ready cooked meats (turkey/chicken and ham), and make the jelly with stock and gelatine. Really nice. I did a "Breakfast" pie a few weeks ago with black pudding, tomato puree, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, mushroom and sausagemeat in HWC pastry. It worked really well.
