New birthday pressie from DH has arrived. Very excited.
It is a clamp on Anova unit from the U.S. so it can attach to any vessel.
However- what to cook other thank hunks of steak and boiled eggs?
Any recipie ideas?
I need to make sure I use it regularly otherwise it will be another piece of kitchen equipment left languishing in my draws like everything I ever got from those home selling parties
