Dairy free recipe using lasagne sheets?

I've got a box of lasagne sheets in the cupboard that need using: naice Biona ones. Dh has been dairy free for a few months now, so proper lasagne is out. I can't think of anything to do with them and the thought of sheeze / almond milk white sauce makes me feel very queasy! Any ideas? Something tomatoe-y? Or just a big regular lasagne for lunch for me, dd and some friends?

Soak the sheets in hot water until flexible and shape them into cannelloni tubes. Stuff with spicy pork mince and spinach, add a layer of tomatoey sauce top and bottom, and maybe a bit of crime fraiche and grated cheese on half of the top (leave DHs plain) and bake. Google some recipes - mine is from Olive mag - try BBC good food

I make lasagne by layering up using a white sauce made from soya milk and 'Pure' sunflower spread (and flour, obviously). I just don't put cheese in it. No one misses the cheese - they grate their own when served. My son and I are both dairy free, but my DH and DD are not.

I hate Scheeze and Cheezly and won't use the stuff in cooking. My son doesn't mind it because he's never known proper cheese...
