oh dear, thanks to MN I realise I have gotten myself in a right tangle.

Am I right in thinking the RC meat book has a section at/near the back with some vinaigrettes, dressings etc?

Is there one near the beginning which involves shallots and (I think) English mustard?

Have I gone completely potty?
