Flour, yeast, powdered milk. We get the yeast in a can w/vitamin C already added - a preservative.

Right am off to town in about 5 mins, I should have added and can't bend down to get book out of box, so thank you. Will Sainsbos own powdered milk be ok.

yep. any powdered milk is fine. any butter as well.

DH uses Carr's flour.

DH has even used CoffeeMate in place of powdered milk.

NO need to use powdered milk imo and ime.

I use yeast, flour, salt, butter and water and it makes luvverly bread.

I can't get powdered milk here and it doesn't seem to make a dif.
