I've got a friend coming over for dinner on Ties, want to make it a bit special but we're both trying to be a bit healthy too.
Just watching them make steamed chicken and prawn 'balls' on Sunday Brunch and they might fit the bill. What would you serve with them? Rice? Steamed/stir fried veg?
Also I don't have a wooden steamer. No problem if I need to get one but I do already have a 'modern' one (plastic layers on top of eachother). Would that do it?
