Is there a bread I can make w/o yeast or strong flour?

Have normal flour and the rest of normal bread ingredients, but absolutely cannot be arsed going down to the shops.

Am I living in a dream world or is it possible?!

Delia also has lots of recipes for potato and cheese breads on her website. She varies the types of cheese and sometimes switches the potato for other root veg. Haven't made them for ages so can't remember which I used but remember them as being pretty good.
