I'm so bored of buying and cooking the same things week in week out. Please share some of your family favourite. My food budget is reasonable so allows for me to buy what is required to make these wonderful dishes that you recommend. So far this week we've had,
Friday: cajun salmon with stir fried baby vegetables and new potatoes.
Saturday: home made sweet and sour dip with battered chicken balls served with vegetable egg fried rice.
Sunday: roast sirloin on beef with all trimmings
Monday: home made cottage pie (onions, peas, carrots, mushrooms in the mince) fresh green beans on the side.
Tonight: jacket potato with home made vegetable chill.
