What can I make with wholemeal SR flour?

Have a bag of wholemeal self raising flour and don't know what I can do with it before it goes out of date. any ideas?

Carrot cake is good made with wholemeal flour.

Was going to suggest carrot cake as well. Any cake with a slight savoury bent will do well with wholemeal flour.
