I am looking for a nice gluten free biscuit recipe that can be rolled out to cut shapes.
Does anyone have a recipe that they could share please? Thanks.

Is there any other allergies ie nuts or dairy? Or are you just looking at GF?

Nope, no other allergies. Just gluten. But I was hoping for quite a plain, vanilla biscuit that could be rolled out and iced with the children. Most gf biscuits I have tried crumble when cooked.
Thanks.

Sorry, life got in the way and I'm just coming back to this. I have a couple of recipes I use. Will look them up and post tomorrow.

That would be great, thank you.

You could try this one from Nigella This one is very similar to shortbread and uses rice flour.

Great find, thank you. I will try them next weekend.

I use Doves GF flour and use a standard 3-2-1 recipe to make roll out cookies, which we then ice. 3 flour, 2 butter and 1 sugar.
