I'm a PC convert, have quite a few things already... Wondered what people recommend buying?

The silicone stirring things you use instead of wooden spoons (small and medium are most useful). They get all the stuff off sides of bowls and pans and so nice and hygienic.

And the stoneware dishes. Expensive but I use mine at least every other day.

Ooh thank you what shape stoneware do you have?! I brought catalogue home and am putting order in on Friday.

I have the square one, which I use for roasting joints or if cooking for just me and DH. And the big rectangular one which is used for family meals (salmon, chilli, spagbol, toad in hole) or if a large roast.
If I'm doing extra portions for freezer I use both.
I wouldn't have believed how much I use them. I started with the smaller one then when I'd established I liked it I got the bigger, so maybe do that?

I didn't bother with bar pan as can do fish fingers etc in the deep dish just as easily.
Mine are now about 3 yrs old, black, and never stick :)
