Does anyone have a good recipe for cheese pastry which isn't too fatty please?

A few weeks ago in the Saturday times mag there was a pastry recipe which iirc included quite a bit of gruyere cheese but a lot less butter than usual. I can't find it now and googling for cheese pastry recipes the ones I've found seem to have pretty much the normal 2:1 flour :fat ratio plus cheese which seems to me would be very greasy. Does anyone have a recipe in which the cheese substitutes for some of the fat please?

I just bung grated cheese of whatever variety is festering in the fridge in with my usual pastry recipe of half fat to flour. its never greasy.

Thanks.

Maybe I should just experiment a bit - I'm annoyed with myself for losing the recipe (it was for a tarte tatin type thing).
