salmon fishcakes/ burgers or....???

bought and cooked a bargainous half of salmon. what can I do with the leftovers besides fishcakes???

Chowder? Cook up some leeks, sweetcorn, potato. Bit of veg stock, fish and parsley. Freeze. Add cream when you reheat.

Freeze in small portions to add to a salad at lunchtime.

This is delicious, and would work fine with leftover salmon

salmon pate recipe here or you could freeze the leftovers and use them later. YOu could use the leftovers to make a pie like this one with rice and boiled eggs. It's really nice and not as laborious as the recipe looks
