Stuffed mushrooms..

Has anyone got any nice recipes for stuffed mushrooms? Thinking of serving this along with steak tomorrow night. Thank you.

Jamie Oliver in his 30 minute meals did a brilliant recipe which I've adapted bit. Take some big mushrooms, add a glug of olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped garlic and red chilli and juice of half a lemon (or whole lemon if lots of mushroom). Toss the mushrooms round till they are all covered (he then grated some parmesan on but I don't do that - cheesehaters in the house) then bake at 160/180 for 20 minutes or so.
