Talk to me about cheese...

We're having a self catered wedding, evening buffet is cheese and meat and bread. Anyone know if it's cheaper to get whole rounds of cheese from the supermarket? Or Costco? Or on a booze cruise to France? Or is there a sacred cheese supplier online I'm unawares of?

Costco I'd have thought. Decent stuff too. Can't advise on cost as I don't go there, but I have eaten it and from what I'm told it's good value (and there's a lot if it!)

I would try Lidl or Aldi. I bought cheese there at Christmas and was singularly happy with the choice.

When I buy online, which I do fairly regularly, I buy from www.finecheese.co.UK in Bath.

Good selection and they do charcuterie as well. They also do cheese wedding cakes.
