Favourite BBQ recipe?

We've had a gas bbq for ages. It's simply "ok". I have a decent charcoal BBQ arriving tomorrow and I'm keen to try it out whatever the weather. I don't mind a recipe with a bit of "faff" Please share. Thanks

I like marinating chicken breasts in yoghurt, honey, lemon and mint and then cooking them, we do roasts on there as well
