Has anyone got a crustless quiche recipe please? Also, what do you cook it in - I've had some recently which tasted lovely but I'm nervous mine will stick and be hard to dish up!

Look at oven frittata etc, basically the same thing. Just mix up your fillings and put in tray, pour on quiche egg/milk mixture, bake for a bit. Very simple. If you run an oiled finger all round the tray it won't stick.

I do little ones in ramekins but funnily enough I'm going to make a big one tonight to chop into portions for lunches. I'm going to use a normal rectangular metal baking tray.
