Have pork shoulder steaks...

What shall I do with them? I don't have ant apples, unfortunately, as I know pork and apple is a good combination.

Any apple juice or cider?

If so slowly fry some onions then place your steaks in then cover with mix of cider and chicken stock - pop lid on - into oven 1.5 hrs low light.

Sage goes well with pork

Never thought about using apple juice! No safe, unfortunately. Thanks!
