What do you have for a casual lunch?

I cook a lot and on Saturday I oftwn just can't be bothered. I batch cook etc but prefer to save that stuff for the times when I fenuinely have no time.

So what do you have on a lazy Saturday if you have small DCS?

Scrambled egg with potato farls
Soup
Sausage sandwiches
Pre roasted chicken baguettes
Frittata
Cheese on toast
Pizza naans
Smoked salmon bagels
Toasties
Beans on toast

My current fav:

Sour dough toast topped with mashed avocado, chilli and lime juice - delish....

Regulars: cheese on toast, pasta pesto and left overs (I'm a sahm with 1 dc at home during the day).

We are usually out Saturday mornings until lunch and often grab a pasty.

If at home it's usually along the lines of:

Omelette/scrambled egg
Beans/mushrooms/tomatoes in toast
Ham/cheese/tuna sandwich
Soup
Houmous, pitta, raw veg
Pitta 'pizza' with salami
