Morning!
I am having a BBQ tomorrow and have been told that one of the guests is a vegetarian. Not a problem at all, I always do plenty of vegetarian friendly dishes when its just carnivores too because I like them so the menu is not an issue.
My query is - can I cook the veggie items that need cooking on the same BBQ grill as the meat items?
I wouldn't dream of cooking veggie and meat dishes in the same pan if I were cooking on the hob or in the oven for a vegetarian as I'd worry about meat juices and fat contamination but is it ok on the BBQ?!
