Is this chicken ok to use?

I bought chicken breasts on Sunday. They were opened on Monday and one was used. Kept in fridge since. Use by date is 16 April. Can we use the other one today or not given that the pack has been open since monday and it says use within 24 hours?

Should be fine - although if it smells bad I wouldn't use it
as long as it is used today
