Hummingbird bakery's banana loaf is delicious. Has ginger & cinnamon it it. In fact...you've put me in the mood now...

I love making chocolate and prune brownies, so easy and can be a treat or a pud
I also make a plum and cardamom cake, moist, again can be a desert if you want but great with a cuppa
