New Kitchen - New pans for an Induction Hob

Hello,

Could anyone recommend a good Cookshop in the Midlands, Birmingham or London?

I have a new kitchen with an induction hob and need to buy a set of dishwasher friendly, not too heavy pans. I've looked in John Lewis at Milton Keynes but didn't see what I wanted. Best for me so far was at M&S.

I also need dishwasher friendly utensils and worktopsavers.

There are many to choose from. Abraxas in Northampton, Rugby, and Banbury. Livsstil in Birmingham, Derby and Burton. Divertimenti and David Mellor in central London and Whisk in Chiswick. The Kitchen Shop in Lichfield, The Cookshop in Leamington, Cookmate in Worcester. All good cookshops.

Selfridges have a good kitchen dept. Or try Lakeland. I have a few aluminium induction friendly pans but they don't work as well as the steel versions. Some will only work on certain rings, Lakeland has a great refund policy if you are unhappy with their pans.

Morrisons own brand stainless work on induction. I bought them as a cheap option when we moved and needed to eat when we realised ours didn't work. Have ended up keeping them as they're light and I have weak wrists.

I bought some brilliant saucepans in ikea when I go an induction hob. Very happy with them.
