Can I cook chicken drumsticks very slowly in the oven?

Well, really just one drumstick. I want to put it in the oven before I go out to pick DS up from school and have it be ready about 90 mins later. Is that do-able, and what temperature would the oven need to be? Or will it just end up horribly dried out?

I do this all the time with wings, drumsticks and thighs, the lower/longer they cook for the more tender they are and the less they dry out. But one drumstick on its own might be a bit tricky. I wouldn't know how to go about gauging the right time and temperature for just one drumstick!

I don't know on temperature, but wrapped in foil with butter/lemon juice/tomato/bacon/mushroom should keep it moist.

I'd just microwave it when you come back.
