Help me fill my new chest freezer with family meals

Both DP and I work full time and have DS who is 1. We eat the same food together whenever possible. I teach and so spend the holidays filling the freezer with enough meals for the term! I need things that can either defrost during the day and take 20minsish to cook or things that go in the slow cooker. So far I have:
Cottage pie
Lasagne
Fish pie
Roast chicken (SC)
Roast pork (SC)
Chicken and leek pie
I need more ideas! Help!

Muffins. They defrost overnight ready for packed lunches.

I make a "sausage pie"

So chopped cooked sausages, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli, in gravy with mash on the top. I usually assemble one of these by cooking double when we have toad in the hole.

also sausage casserole, enchiladas, pasta bake (with meat/veg), shepherds pie, lasagne, fish pie, spa bol sauce, chiili con carne

Quick dinner is to cook a chicken the night before and have cold with micro rice/pitta and salad

I often cook double quantities of lentil soup & freeze. Perfect for packed lunches for work & also a good quick dinner too if you like that kind of thing (lentil soup: sautee chopped onions maybe with a bit of wine / add lentils stir around / add boiling water / add oregano bay & season / add tomato passata & more boiled water as needed / leave to simmer. Done!)

I also keep double slices of good quality rye bread in freezer if we've run out of bread.

Breadcrumbs in freezer too.

Finally, Nigella Lawson's pancake mix is a good one to have in the freezer as is her crumble topping.

When I was working I used chop up a load of veg and meat portion it out and freeze in big zip lock bags.
I would defrost overnight then either use when I got in for stir fry or put it in the slow cooker in the morning with whatever herbs/stock/alcohol for a casserole.
Burgers and meatballs are always good to freeze. We do lamb and mint or cumin, beef and onion, turkey and spring onion meatballs, pork and beef meat balls and pork and apple burgers.
