Friday at 8pm I made bologonaise and stored it away in the fridge in an air tight container planning to eat today (Sunday) but at 8am I noticed the fridge door was slightly ajar For 6 hours!

Will it be okay to eat?

It should be but sniff it. If it smells off bin it. Otherwise heat it up til it's piping hot.
