O.k, just made my first banana loaf but made lots of mistakes...

First of all one of the bananas was not very ripe and speckly, in fact I had only just bought it. 3 were speckly though.
Then I forgot to sieve the flour. Used SR flour.
Then when I'd made the mixture up I realised that I don't actually have a loaf tin to put it in! I used a pyrex dish instead.
Then I discovered that I didn't have any greaseproof paper to line dish with. I used butter.

Do you think any of these things will matter.??

Think you'll just have to wait until it's cooked to find out tbh! As long as it tastes ok that's all that matters.

I'm pretty good at not having all the right ingredients or utensils too!

It looks and smells yummy so far. It was very easy so I hope its nice.
