I recently had an amazing dessert in a restaurant. It was called a mini chocolate cup. It was served in an espresso cup and was smooth, rich and chocolately.
I've been looking for similar recipes but not sure what it was exactly. It wasn't a mousse and it was set and quite thick - maybe a ganache type thing.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
