Healthy eating for overweight dd

Can anyone recommend a really good family recipe book for everyday, healthy eating? I work 5 days a week and so time is short. As a family, we do have a healthy diet; however, dd is on steroids long-term and is having some weight issues. She is only 10 and I don't wish to make a big deal of this, but I am very keen to make sure that I am providing healthy, balanced meals! Online is always good but I am a bit old fashioned and do love an actual recipe book to have in front of me!

Google Slimming World recipes. There are loads you can use without having to be a member.
