reheating macaroni cheese

Has anyone got a failsafe way if reheating macaroni cheese?

I googled it and for lured 'the other side' but got distracted with all the 'four months and two days until my baby's sixth birthday!!!' with pink tiaras and princesses, and all that soppy stuff, so I now need to go and boil my eyes.

Didn't help my macncheese dilemma...

There are generally no leftovers here...

Not usually here either - its only because I made a vatful of it last night then found some leftovers in the fridge that really wouldn't keep!

I just zap it in the microwave, love it reheated but does go a bit solid so you might want to add a glug of cream if you have any or milk/more cheese to loosen it all.

I find the pasta goes a bit funny when reheated. I tend to freeze cheese sauce and cook new pasta but that doesn't help with leftovers!

Add a little extra milk to thin it out a bit, it'll still be stodgy though.

Its the cheese sauce that goes really horribly - all lumpy and yuk.
