Vegetarian lasagne help! (freezing and then reheating part)

I found a decent recipe (well decent for my family, it's got Quorn mince so not everyone will love it!). But can anyone tell me what I should be doing wrt portioning up and freezing? My plan is to cook in a big oven dish, eat two of the portions and freeze two more. I have foil trays already, but when it comes to eating them, do I defrost the portions and then microwave them, or microwave/oven cook from frozen?

Please forgive the idiot questions, I am starting to batch cook to reduce waste and I really am clueless!

I've always zapped it from frozen and it's been fine.

Ooh thank you! How long would you do it for?

Depends how big a piece! I usually do it for 3 mins or so then check it and judge how much longer I reckon it needs! Have you tried mushroom and spinach lasagne as an option if you're veggie?

Sorry for the delay in coming back to say thanks, but thank you! Am looking up a spinach and mushroom recipe as we speak! :)
