What to do with Wild Garlic?

I think there's some growing nearby ad I'd like to make the most of it. What can I use it for?

(Also, is there anything that has the same looks and smells that is poisonous or is wild garlic fairly unique?)

There are recipes at

I like it shredded in an omelette

I chop it and stir into a chicken casserole towards the end of cooking - adds a lovely flavour.
You can make pesto with it or a soup. I love wild garlic seasonEaster Wink

Chop it up and use it in your savour food - you could pretty much put it in everything.

Ooh pesto is a good idea!

Thanks for the link, cdt. Wonder how it got the name "Stinking Jenny"!

Wrap it round Morbier cheese and BBQ (assuming the weather improves!)
