Easter pudding inspiration please!

we're going to PIL tomorrow for Easter Sunday lunch and I said I'd bring a pudding. Feeling a lack of inspiration, any good ideas? The DCs will be making chocolate nests later to take, but I need somehting simple for a grown up pudding. Any ideas? What are everyone else serving?

(Would normally do hot cross bun bread and butter pudding if we were here, but as it's in someone else's house, I always think it's a bit rude to turn up with something that means you have to take over the oven that involves messing with their timings, so want somehting we can just take and serve)

I've got this in the oven for tomorrow, so easy to make and the most amazing cake ever!

Thank you for more great suggestions! I think the chocolate nests will be enough chocolate (that and the chocolate mountain that will be arriving from pil's!!), I now have more people here to go for lunch with so will look creating later!

Nigella does a key lime pie a bit like the lemon and lime crunch that has been posted. It's a dessert I'm often asked to make.
