I have had an eating disorder since I was a toddler that has meant I have eaten the same three meals for almost all of my life meaning I know nothing about food and I haven't tried much!

What are your favourite carb free meals? My diet relies heavily on carbs and I need to reduce the amount I eat!

My ideas are steak and vegetables, any good combos or ideas would be great!

My only carb free meal is omlette at the moment.

Thankyou!

Baked eggs with spinach and tomato. Roasted avacado with cheese and bacon. Large peppers or mushrooms with baked egg on top. Crustless quiche. Shepherds pie with an alternative root vegetable mashed on top, celeriac or swede perhaps. Fish pie also works well with a sweet potato mash. You can't go too wrong with a tray of roast veg and a piece of salmon. I like to make soups so I always have something quick in the freezer.

Pinterest is very good for ideas.

tray of roast veg topped with halloumi cheese is quick and tasty.

chop up 1 courgette, 1 aubergine, 2 or 3 peppers. Drizzle with oil and roast for half an hour. Then sprinkle cubed halloumi over the top (pack is about 200g) and put back in oven for 10 to 15 mins til its all brown looking.

Shovel into hot bowls. Yum

Sorry, I was thinking low carb rather than carb free so check the carbs in root veg, might be a bit high. You can make a pizza base from cauliflower or spinach, but I don't know how good they are. Egg mornay and cauliflower cheese and broccoli cheese with a hard boiled egg in are nice hot, or cold for lunch the next day.
