My dad is coming to visit tomorrow & he loves fruit cake so thought I'd make him a couple to take home.
He particularly likes what he calls Manor Fruit cake which I'm assuming is Mr Kiplings.
Can anyone recommend a good, not too heavy fruit cake recipe please ?
